The agitator delivers high recirculating axial flow with low shear rate while maintaining minimal power consumption. Compared to conventional 45° PBT agitators, it achieves equivalent mixing performance while reducing power consumption by 40-50%.

For PA displacement reactions and non-ferrous metal industries, leaching tanks require high pumping capacity with controlled shear rates to prevent excessive crystal breakage – a critical factor for subsequent filtration and sedimentation processes.
