NHD developed the extra-long heavy-duty agitator for 300,000 t/a phosphoric acid production plants, enabling large-scale domestic manufacturing of this critical equipment. Designed for high-power, heavy-load applications, it delivers reliable mixing performance in demanding industrial processes.
To withstand highly corrosive chemical environments, NHD provides customized material solutions based on process conditions, including temperature, acid/alkali concentration, and wear requirements. In addition to stainless steels such as 304, 304L, 316L, 317L, and 904L, NHD utilizes advanced materials including rubber lining, enamel lining, and PTFE lining to achieve superior corrosion and wear resistance.
