Described as the world's first lateritic nickel ore project to be rapidly constructed and reach full production, with designed and actual capacity aligned in 2017. NHD modified equipment from international suppliers, accelerating the client's production ramp-up.
Nonferrous Metal Smelting
In early 2017, NHD dispatched a professional team to Russia to install agitators, reactors and a Φ30m thickener for the client, including on-site welding and assembly of tank structures and full integration of the thickening system.
Phosphoric Acid
NHD installed a 100m² Rotary Table Vacuum Filter to expand filtration capacity. As NHD's second overseas retrofit of a complete filtration system, the work replaced existing equipment with larger units and reached a daily throughput of 562 tons, exceeding the 558 t/24h specification.
Phosphate Mining
NHD supplied a 20m² horizontal belt filter for phosphate rock mining — its first application of the belt filter in mineral processing. From November 2019 to August 2021 NHD ran on-site surveys and filtration tests, supervised installation, and met all targets for production capacity and cake moisture.
Gold
Project details Equipment supplied NHD scoped, manufactured and commissioned the process equipment for this project, matching materials and capacity to the site’s operating conditions and integrating with the client’s upstream and downstream stages.
Alumina
After contributing to the Lam Dong alumina project built by CHALIECO for Vietnam's Vinacomin Group, NHD again supplied a pan filter — a 100m² pan filter assembled and commissioned for the 650kt/a alumina project at Nhan Co.
Phosphoric Acid
NHD supplied an 80m² Rotary Table Vacuum Filter as the key filtration component for this 80kt/a phosphoric acid facility serving Kimia Daran Kavir Co.
