Developed by NHD, the HDCWY Series Super Pressure Horizontal Plate Filter Press is an advanced upgrade of conventional chamber diaphragm filter presses. By replacing traditional diaphragm squeezing with air back-blow pressing and drying technology, it integrates filtration, pressing, and air-drying into a complete dewatering process.
Equipped with PLC automatic control, double-sided filtration, closed filtrate discharge, and sequential plate separation, the HDCWY series enables efficient, stable, and highly automated operation with reduced manual intervention.
The HDCWY Series Super Pressure Horizontal Plate Filter Press is widely applied in mineral processing, metallurgy, coal washing, biopharmaceuticals, and other industries requiring efficient solid-liquid separation.
Filtrate Channel Purging
Removes residual filtrate inside discharge channels during plate separation, improving filtrate recovery and further reducing filter cake moisture.
