NHD possesses decades of experience in wire mesh production with a fully-integrated manufacturing system. As a designated supplier for the Ministry of Chemical Industry, China National Nonferrous Metals Corporation, and the petrochemical sector, NHD pioneered the development of three generations of wire mesh demisters. The Drawer-Type Wire Mesh Demister industry standard (issued by the Ministry of Chemical Industry) was adapted from NHD’s corporate standard.
Fine mist droplets move randomly due to Brownian motion, collide with the wire mesh or fibers, coalesce into larger droplets, and drain by gravity for efficient gas-liquid separation.

- avoids re-entrainment for higher efficiency;
